For Indian private schools · 500–1,500 students

Everything your office does. Plus a tutor for every child.

Admissions to report cards, with APAAR and DPDP built in — and an AI tutor that marks a child's own working line by line. Both read one roster, so a child is entered once.

5x + 12 = 47 5x = 47 − 12 5x = 35 x = 8  ← first wrong step

Dividing 35 by 5 gives 7, not 8. Everything above this line is right — the slip is one division, and it is the third time this month.

The same child, in both. Her class teacher sees the mistake beside her marks; her father sees it beside the fee.
Two finished products, bought separately

One runs the school. One teaches the child.

The Flanca office dashboard showing fees collected and overdue, attendance still to mark, and APAAR coverage.

The school system

Admissions, fees, receipts with gap-free serials, attendance in one tap that works with no signal, exams, report cards in your format, certificates, timetable, library, transport.

APAAR coverage, DPDP consent and UDISE+ exports included — not an add-on.

The tutor marking a child's five-step solution, with step four identified as the first error.

The tutor

Teaches a chapter lesson by lesson. Solves a question typed or photographed. Marks a child's own working and names the first wrong step — then drills the mistake she keeps repeating.

CBSE and ICSE, Class 3 to 12. It reaches a parent through you, never around you.

Real screens · not mockups

Four things nobody else will show you before a demo.

The office dashboard: money collected and overdue, attendance still to mark, APAAR coverage, fee ageing and admissions.
Every number is a decision waiting. ₹38 lakh overdue, aged so the oldest debt is the first call. 23 sections still to mark. 145 children whose missing APAAR ID blocks certification.
The thing that usually isn't true

Either one works with the other switched off.

Two products that share a roster normally means one is a hostage. Switch one off and see.

The school system

Every screen still renders. The tutor panel says it is unavailable, honestly, and nothing else on the page changes. A school that never buys the tutor sees no gap where it would have been.

Measured with the tutor unreachable: pages render in 220–379 ms.

The tutor

A child still learns. The tutor never calls the school for anything — her class, board and syllabus are already on her own account, written there when the school set her up.

Measured with the school system stopped: the child's subjects, class and plan all resolve.

Two deadlines that are not ours

September decides this for you, not us.

UDISE+ certification freezes

A child without an APAAR ID blocks your school's entire data certification. Progression, new admissions and the school profile all lock.

DPDP consent framework

Verifiable parental consent before processing a child's data. Your school is the data fiduciary. The consent register is in the product, per purpose.

Before you ask us in a meeting

Six things we don't do.

You will find these out anyway. Finding them out from us is cheaper for both of us.

  • No GPS bus tracking, no biometric attendance. Both need hardware you would be buying. We import a biometric device's data instead.
  • English only. The strings are ready for Hindi and it is not done. If your teachers need Hindi, this is not ready for them yet.
  • No generated lesson videos. We built them, watched them, and removed them. A child gets better video free on YouTube.
  • No online exams or question banks. Marks entry and report cards, yes. Conducting an exam on a screen, no.
  • No reference schools. There are none, because there is no first school yet. If that is disqualifying, it should be.
  • No implementation team. Switching on is an afternoon and a spreadsheet, or it is not working. There is nobody to send.
How this starts

Send us your student list. We'll show you your own school.

  1. 01You email whatever you already keep — Excel, CSV, an export from your current software. Do not retype anything.
  2. 02We import it and show you every row before anything is saved: what we understood, and what we were unsure about.
  3. 03Then we undo the whole thing in front of you, and you watch it return to exactly how it was.
  4. 04Only then do we talk about the rest of it.
